TnT 프로젝트

"Together & Thrive(TnT) 프로젝트는

1)다음세대 부서를 담당할 수 있는 전문성 있는 평신도 사역자를 양성하고, 2)회원교회의 커리큘럼을 비롯한 교육 리소스 및 가이드를 제공합니다. 또한 3)지역별 네트워크 교회들의 주중 ,여름사역을 연결하고 지원하여 모두의 상생을 후원하며, 4)미주 한인교회의 미래를 이끌어 갈 2세 교역자 양성을 위해 장학 및 사역기회를 제공합니다."

The "Together & Thrive (TnT)" project aims to: Train competent lay ministers capable of leading next-generation ministries, Provide educational resources and guides, including curricula, for member churches, Connect and support weekday and summer ministries of regional network churches, foster mutual growth and collaboration, Offer scholarships and ministry opportunities to nurture second-generation leaders who will shape the future of the church.

다음세대 사역자 훈련
Director Training

다음세대 전문 사역자가 없는 교회의 교육부 디렉터가 사역자로 준비될 수 있는 세미나와 12주 교육 과정을 제공합니다. 이 과정을 수료한 디렉터가 속한 교회는 멤버십 교회로 동행과 상생의 지원을 받을 자격을 얻습니다.

We offer a 12-week training program designed to equip education directors from churches without dedicated next-generation ministry specialists to serve as ministry leaders. Churches with directors who complete this program become eligible for membership and receive support from TNT project.

주일학교 커리큘럼 제공
Curriculum Subscription

TnT 멤버십 교회에는 미국 주요 교단과 교회가 사용하는 검증된 커리큘럼 구독 서비스($5,000 해당)을 제공하고, 이를 매 주일 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 예배관련 영상과 소그룹 활동이 포함된 영문, 한글판 가이드를 제공합니다.

TnT member churches receive access to a verified curriculum subscription service valued up to $5,000, widely used by major denominations and churches in the U.S. Additionally, they are provided with English and Korean guides, including worship-related videos and small group activities, to facilitate easy weekly implementation.

지역별 연합사역 후원
Regional Network

지역별 동행과 상생 네트워크 교회들이 주관하는 다음세대 프로그램(AWANA, EPIC, Sports Club, VBS 등)에 참여하는 TnT 멤버십교회 어린이 등록비를 지원하여 멤버십교회와 TnT 네트워크교회 모두의 상생을 후원합니다.

We support the registration fees for children from TnT member churches to participate in next-generation programs (e.g., AWANA, EPIC, Sports Club, VBS) hosted by regional TnT network churches. This initiative fosters mutual growth and collaboration between member churches and the TnT network.

2세 사역자 양성
2nd Gen. Scholarship

2세 사역자를 위한 장학기금을 조성하고 후원하고 동행과 상생 멤버 교회와 매칭하여 교육 전도사로 파송합니다.

We establish and support scholarship funds for second-generation ministers and match them with Together & Thrive member churches, where they are sent as educational pastors to serve.
